Website Design Booking Policy

Please review the following policy before booking your website project to ensure a smooth and efficient experience:

🗓 Turnaround Time

• All website projects are completed within 3–5 business days from the confirmed start date.

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

📅 Booking & Start Date

• Projects are scheduled based on availability.

• Your official start date will be confirmed once all required materials are submitted.

📁 Client Responsibilities

• All necessary content (logos, product info, text, etc.) must be submitted before the start date to avoid delays.

• If you don’t have professional product photos, send 5 clear images per product, and I’ll create custom, brand-ready model visuals for your site.

💬 Communication & Collaboration

• I am available for communication as much as possible and will provide ongoing updates with pictures and videos during the design process.

• This allows us to make real-time adjustments rather than waiting until the final delivery.

• On average, 72–180 hours are dedicated to each project to ensure your website is polished, professional, and ready to support your business goals.

🔁 Revisions

• Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.

• Additional revisions may incur an extra fee depending on complexity.

❗️Delays & Inactivity

• If content is not submitted within 48 hours of your scheduled start date, your project may be rescheduled.

• Projects that are inactive or unresponsive for 7 days or more may be marked as closed.

🚫 Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital design, no refunds will be issued once the project has begun.
